🔄 Refund & Exchange Policy

A Note from Us

At BanJara, every piece is created and packed with care, intention, and attention to detail. Each product is thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards — because your space deserves nothing less.

For this reason, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We understand this policy may differ from typical e-commerce practices, but as a design-led, limited-inventory brand, this allows us to maintain fairness, quality, and consistency for all our customers.

We Accept Refunds or Exchanges ONLY in the Following Cases

Product received is physically damaged

Product has a manufacturing defect

Incorrect product or variant received

Eligibility Requirements (Mandatory)

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, all of the following conditions must be met:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

You must provide a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video, starting from the moment the parcel is opened
(This is mandatory. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.)

You must share clear photographs showing the issue, along with your Order ID

The product must be unused, in original condition, with:

Original packaging
​All accessories

Any tags, inserts, or complimentary items intact

Resolution After Verification

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following, depending on availability:

A replacement of the same product, or
​A refund to the original payment method

The resolution method is decided solely by BanJara after inspection.

What We Do NOT Offer

To maintain quality and fairness, we do not accept:

  • Returns or refunds due to change of mind, personal preference, or dislike

  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery

  • Products damaged after delivery or due to improper handling

  • Used products or items returned without original packaging

  • Missing accessories, tags, inserts, or complimentary items

  • Claims without an unboxing video

  • Exchanges for different designs, colors, or products unless an incorrect item was sent

Refund Timeline (Approved Claims Only)

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Bank processing times may vary

Why We Require an Unboxing Video

An unboxing video helps us accurately identify whether an issue occurred during shipping or manufacturing, ensuring transparency and fairness for both you and our team.

This requirement allows us to resolve genuine claims quickly while preventing misuse.

Final Sale Policy

All products sold on BanJara are considered final sale, unless proven to be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival and reported within the specified timeframe.

While this policy is stricter than standard e-commerce norms, it helps us maintain high-quality standards, minimize waste, and continue offering thoughtfully designed pieces.
